Congratulations to Mr. Chip Rowan and his students at Beautiful Rainbow Café. They were recently recognized by Governor Kay Ivey for their success and their contributions to the community. Keep up the great work! Beautiful Rainbow Café is located inside the Gadsden Public Library on South College Street. It is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and for pastries, coffee and tea from 3 to 5 p.m.
